Sport Clips, Inc. Playbook

Sport Clips Playbook is provided to the Team Members of Sport Clips, Inc. (“SCI”), Team Leaders, Team Leaders’ Team Members, and other authorized users solely for education and training on the Sport Clips business system, standards, and protocols. No employment decisions are made based on your use of the Playbook.

SCI will have access to information about your use of Sport Clips Playbook, including your name, work email address, job title, employer, course participation, progress, completion status, answers, and assessment results. SCI will also receive information about your IP address, device and browser, login times, and your activity with the Playbook. SCI will use this information solely to track your progress and understand the courses you have completed. A Team Leader will have access to this information only for the Team Leader’s own Team Members. The use of Artificial Intelligence may be used throughout the Playbook.

SCI may use information it collects to provide, administer, evaluate, and improve education and training concerning the Sport Clips business system, standards, and protocols. SCI may also use aggregated or deidentified information to develop and improve its training materials and tools, including AI-enabled training tools.

SCI reserves the right to revoke a user’s right to access the Playbook for any reason, including inappropriate behavior on a forum or misuse of the Playbook.

SCI will not sell or share personally identifiable information collected through Sport Clips Playbook to unaffiliated third parties for their own purposes or for cross-marketing. Information may be processed by 360Learning and other service providers acting on behalf of SCI as necessary to operate and support Sport Clips Playbook or as required by law.

SCI will delete your information from the Playbook system within a reasonable time after you do not use the Playbook for more than one year.
